Still waiting on a Real Aussie Sheds order? The company is in administration.

Civil Project Management Group Pty Ltd entered voluntary administration on 12 August 2026.

That legal name may mean little to a customer. The company trades through names including Real Aussie Sheds, Real Aussie Granny Flats, Real Aussie Mini Sheds, Real Aussie Sheds Online and BHP Steel Sheds.

Creditors now face a decision about what happens next. A second meeting is scheduled for 16 September, when creditors will hear the administrators' report and decide whether the company executes a deed of company arrangement, has the administration end, or is wound up.

Real Aussie Sheds' own published sales process shows that customer money can move before the complete product does. Its FAQ says a customer seeking council approval can place an order with a 10% deposit, releasing engineering plans and specifications and provisionally placing the shed into the production schedule. For delivery-only shed kits, the same material says full payment is required 10 days before delivery.

That does not establish that any particular customer has lost money, that an order will not be completed, or that the company cannot perform its obligations. It establishes the narrower point that customers can become financially exposed before receiving the complete product.

Civil Project Management Group is in voluntary administration. Erwin Rommel Alfonso and Steven Bazouni of Smith Hancock were appointed on 12 August 2026. A second meeting of creditors is scheduled for 16 September, where creditors will vote on the company's future.

The published meeting notice follows the standard statutory agenda, which routinely includes receiving "details of any proposed deed of company arrangement" regardless of whether a specific deed has actually been drawn up. The notice reviewed does not itself confirm that a DOCA has been formulated or what its terms would be, so this article does not assume one exists until the administrators' report says so.

The public material also does not establish how many customers have incomplete orders, how much is owed to customers or trade creditors, whether a particular shed has already been manufactured, or what creditors will actually resolve on 16 September.

Customers should keep the signed order, quote and invoice, engineering package, council documents, payment receipts, production or delivery correspondence, and photographs of anything already delivered or installed.

Suppliers and subcontractors should keep contracts, purchase orders, invoices, statements, delivery records and payment correspondence.

The administration is separate from a June 2026 WorkSafe ACT prosecution involving Civil Project Management Group. This does not imply the prosecution caused the administration.
