What we collect. When you subscribe or claim a free sample, your email address. For Exposure Desk engagements billed by invoice, we retain the customer, billing and service contacts and the invoice records needed to administer the account. The Desk is designed to run the ledger match inside the customer's environment; no personal debtor information is required, and only exception rows the customer elects to discuss need to leave that environment. Our publishing platform (beehiiv) records standard delivery and engagement data such as opens, clicks and unsubscribes so we can run the list responsibly.
What we use it for. Delivering the publication or sample you asked for, operating agreed customer services, and answering your emails. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share the subscriber list, and customer ledger information is not used to enrich another customer's service.
Where it lives. Subscriber data is held by beehiiv (publishing and email) and correspondence and invoice records are held in Google Workspace and the publisher's accounting systems, each under their own security and privacy terms. If card payments are enabled later, Stripe will process the payment data and we will not receive the full card number. The publication is operated from outside Australia; subscriber and commercial-contact data may be processed in the United States by these providers.
Your choices. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you: email [email protected] and it will be actioned within a few days.
Cookies. The website uses the minimal cookies our platform needs to function and to remember a login. We run no advertising trackers.
