ASIC's published-notices register carried 50 notices covering 56 unique companies on 22 July 2026.

The day's filings resolve into two blocks:

  • Companies entering a process: 41. This comprises 26 liquidator appointments, 11 administrator appointments, three restructuring-practitioner appointments and one liquidation commencement.

  • Procedural and court events: 27. This comprises 26 meeting, dividend and proof-related components, plus one winding-up application.

That produces 68 company-level event components across 50 notices. A combined appointment-and-first-meeting notice produces both an entry event and a procedural event. One notice can also cover several companies.

The listed casualty

Triangle Energy (Global) Limited, ASX code TEG, and five wholly owned subsidiaries entered voluntary administration.

TEG remains an ASX-listed company and is currently suspended from quotation. Triangle's latest annual report identifies the five other entities as wholly owned subsidiaries:

  • Triangle Energy (EP437) Pty Ltd

  • Triangle Energy L7 Pty Ltd

  • Triangle (Perth Basin) Pty Ltd

  • Key Midwest Pty Ltd

  • Key Petroleum (Australia) Pty Ltd

Bryan Hughes was appointed administrator. Proofs and proxies for the first meetings are due on 28 July.

The company spine also connects Triangle Energy (Global) Limited to former names including Maverick Drilling International, Maverick Energy and White Sands Petroleum.

Other new administrations

Black Hops Craft Pty Ltd and Green Hops Brewing Pty Ltd entered voluntary administration under Christopher Cook and James Robba. Proofs and proxies for the first meeting are due on 28 July.

Other administration appointments included:

  • Aircom Group Pty Limited

  • Gene S Pty Ltd

  • Atlantic Pacific Securities Pty Ltd, which holds the registered business name ASR Wealth Advisers

Three small-business restructurings

Restructuring practitioners were appointed to:

  • LBDJ Pty Ltd, trading as Revive Air Conditioning and Revive Building Solutions. Grahame Ward was appointed.

  • Intense Lighting Hire Pty Ltd. Peter Moore was appointed.

  • Modern Plumbing Group Pty Ltd. Brent Morgan was appointed.

These are restructuring appointments, not liquidations.

The names behind the filings

Several legal entities carried more recognisable identities:

  • Elliott Hardie Homes Pty Limited holds the registered business name Invigorate Homes and was formerly Elliott Hardie Homes (NSW) Pty Limited.

  • Pixel Vibrations Pty Ltd was formerly Kid Kenobi Pty Limited.

  • Q&A Supports Pty Ltd holds the registered business name Wallis Supports.

  • Race Group Pty Ltd is associated with Race Outsourcing, Race Motors and Loya Tapas & Cocktail Bar.

  • LJ & LJ Pty Ltd trades as A Plus Traffic Management.

  • Bobo's Fashion Pty Ltd holds registered business names including Camberwell Fruit & Veg and Kofab Group.

This is the practical identity problem in the raw register. The legal entity receiving the notice is not necessarily the name held in a customer, lender, landlord or adviser's internal records.

Dates requiring attention

Among the approaching dates:

  • 28 July: proofs and proxies for the Triangle Energy companies and Black Hops and Green Hops.

  • 29 July: several second-meeting proof and proxy deadlines, including M Fisk Property Investments Pty Ltd, trading as Engine Room Gym & Temperature Therapy and Engineroom Morisset.

  • 30 July: the first-meeting deadline for Atlantic Pacific Securities Pty Ltd.

  • 12 to 13 August: several proof-of-debt deadlines associated with intended dividends.

The complete daily was reconciled against all 50 source pages. Required-field completeness was 100 per cent. All 62 practitioner appearances were resolved against the registered-liquidator file. No event component remained unclassified.

Methodology

The Open Register separates notices from underlying companies, resolves names against public company and business-name records, and links events by exact ACN. It does not reproduce notice text or personal contact information.

A winding-up application is an application seeking an order, not a finding that the company is insolvent. Readers should review the official source and obtain professional advice where relevant.

Would your monitoring process recognise these entities under the names your organisation actually uses? The Open Register is testing a locally run matcher that compares a watchlist or ledger against the resolved register without sending the underlying file to us.
