ASIC published 88 Queen Street four times. Connecting them was your problem.

88 Queen Street Pty Limited, ACN 124 147 020, first appeared in this sequence on 19 June, when its voluntary administration was published: John Vouris and Richard Albarran appointed, effective 17 June. A winding-up application followed on 8 July, commenced by the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation on 11 June, with a hearing listed for 9:30am on 21 July. A second-meeting notice followed on 14 July. Then, on 21 July, the company appeared a fourth time: Vouris and Albarran had been appointed liquidators by court order, dated 21 July.

Note the two dates in that sequence. The hearing listed in the 8 July application was 9:30am on 21 July. The liquidation order is dated 21 July. The application told readers the date the matter would be decided. It could not tell them the outcome.

The 14 July notice convened the second meeting of creditors under section 439A, the meeting at which creditors decide an administration's outcome. The 21 July appointment came by a different instrument: a court order on the Deputy Commissioner's application. The register records both routes running at once, against the same company, in the same fortnight.

Four notices. Three kinds of signal. One company moving from administration to court-ordered liquidation. Anyone reading only 21 July sees the destination. Anyone reading only 19 June sees a company in administration. The commercially useful record is the sequence connecting them.

For a credit or legal team monitoring 88 Queen Street, the update is specific: the current process is court liquidation, the practitioners of record are John Vouris and Richard Albarran, and the June administration and winding-up application belong in the file as history rather than current status.

The chronology does not establish that any reader is a creditor, what may be recoverable or what response is required. It establishes that the status and the officeholders changed, and when.

The watchlist job: Zenra brought 24 searchable names into one administration. Zenra Group Pty Ltd, ACN 686 372 207, entered voluntary administration with Stephen Robert Dixon appointed. Its recorded names include AV ITS Online, Beyond the Tech, Beyond Zero Energy, Boutique AV Solutions, Beyond Operations and Beyond Zero Artificial Intelligence. Anyone holding one of Zenra's alternate names should reconcile it to the ACN before dismissing the administration notice as unrelated. Source

The attribution job: three companies shared a filing. Their names did not. One notice covered Global RV Corp, Sunland RV and X Series RV, with Brent Leigh Morgan and Shane Justin Cremin appointed across all three. The recorded names, Sunland Caravans and Weldcor, attach to Sunland RV Pty Ltd alone; the other two companies carry none. Preserve the company-to-name placement before loading the filing, or Sunland RV's identities land on two different legal entities. Source
