Australia's Salad Bowl entered administration.
You will not find those words anywhere in the notice.
ASIC published the matter under The Lockyer Valley Fruit & Vegetable Processing Company Limited, ACN 602 420 600. Melissa Joy Smith and Anthony Norman Connelly of McGrathNicol were appointed administrators on 24 July. The notice appeared on 29 July.
The company record supplies the names the notice leaves behind: Aussie Food for the Future, Australia's Salad Bowl, Australian Grown for Australians, Lockyer Valley Foods and The Food Bowl of Australia.

Five names say food. The notice says ACN 602 420 600.
That is more than an oddity in the paperwork. A ledger that says Lockyer Valley Foods will not match the legal name by text. Neither will a watchlist built under Australia's Salad Bowl. The nine-digit ACN is the bridge between the name a professional may hold and the notice they need to find.
There is one trap left. The same filing also covers Lockyer Valley Clean & Green Pty Ltd, ACN 632 952 802. It shares the appointment date and administrators, but it does not inherit the five business names. One notice, two companies, one identity set. A flat import turns that into five names on both companies and creates a match the source never made.
Then the clock starts. Proofs of debt and proxies for the first virtual creditors' meeting were due by 3:00pm AEST on 4 August. The meeting was listed for 11:00am AEST on 5 August. From publication to the first deadline: six days.
The practical distinction is the identity split: five business names resolve to ACN 602 420 600, while ACN 632 952 802 remains a separate company despite appearing in the same filing. That connection may identify a relevant account or record. It does not establish a debt, and voluntary administration does not determine what creditors will recover.

The register in 60 seconds

This is a report of what ASIC published on 29 July 2026, not of what occurred that day. ASIC published 106 notices covering 109 entities. 4 notices named more than one company, expanding the source material to 113 company rows. 48 are newly published distress entries: a company entering an insolvent process, disclosed today. The remaining 61 are:
12 winding-up applications, which ask a court for an order and are not findings of insolvency
29 procedural filings on cases already open: meetings, dividends, proof deadlines and disclaimers
10 companies already inside a process that moved stage, such as an administration converting to liquidation
10 members' voluntary liquidations, which are solvent and not failures at all
0 vacancies filled, where the process continues with a new practitioner
Of the 48 newly published distress entries, 24 carry an appointment or resolution date of 29 July 2026 itself. The rest were dated earlier and published today: the median gap between the event and its publication is 1 day, and the longest is 98 days. Dates given against companies below are notice dates throughout.
A single count of the day's filings would report 109 entities where the register supports 48 newly published distress entries. And after a month in which practitioner replacements ran at a 21 per cent median share of the register, today's count is zero. The handover paperwork took the day off.
Also on the tape
The attribution job: one meeting notice, five VIQ companies, and names that refuse to spread. B2G Legal and VoiceIQ Australia attach to VIQ Australia Pty Ltd alone; three Spark & Cannon era names attach to the two Solutions companies; the remaining two companies carry none. Proofs are due 4 August and the virtual meeting is 5 August. Flatten the filing and five companies inherit histories the register gives to three. Source
The routing job: Dune Health and Wellbeing arrived in liquidation with a stage already on file. Dune Health and Wellbeing Pty Ltd, ACN 647 828 617, formerly traded as DHW Psychology. Its 29 July liquidation follows a restructuring appointment already on the register, making this a stage move rather than a new distress entry. Preserve both states and route the update to the existing matter. Source

What changed
These matters already appeared in an earlier issue. Both dates below are PUBLICATION dates, so the underlying events are earlier still. Neither step is visible to anyone reading a single day in isolation.
First Choice Care Solutions has been on this tape before today's court-ordered appointment: a restructuring published 23 March 2026, an extension published 17 April and the winding-up application published 16 July. Four publications in 128 days, and no single day showed more than one step of it.

Bottom line
The notice never says Australia's Salad Bowl. The company record does, alongside four other business names, and joins all five to The Lockyer Valley Fruit & Vegetable Processing Company Limited, ACN 602 420 600. Lockyer Valley Clean & Green Pty Ltd, ACN 632 952 802, remains a separate company without borrowed identities. The attribution therefore belongs to one ACN, not indiscriminately to both companies in the filing. A matched name may identify a relevant account. It does not establish that anything is owed.
