How to read this register
A winding-up application asks a court for an order. It is not a finding of insolvency, and it can be paid, settled, adjourned or dismissed.
A members' voluntary liquidation is ordinarily solvent.
Dates are as the notices list them and can change.
A registered name identifies the company that holds it, not every business using a similar name. Spellings are ASIC's, errors included. An amended notice restates an earlier filing and says which date it supersedes.
