What you're reading. The Open Register publishes factual reporting and data assembled from Australian public registers. It is general information, not legal, financial or credit advice, and it is not a recommendation to deal with, or decline to deal with, any company. Entering external administration or receivership is a fact of the public record and implies no wrongdoing by any company or person named.
Accuracy. We verify before we publish and we correct in print when a source revises. See our methodology: https://www.theopenregister.com/p/methodology. Even so, the underlying registers are provisional and imperfect, and we cannot guarantee completeness or fitness for any particular decision. You remain responsible for decisions made using this material.
Your licence as a reader. Free content may be shared by link. Personal membership covers your own use, plus forwarding an issue or Committee Pack, unchanged and with The Open Register attribution, to individual clients under your own cover email. Firm access covers a team and internal distribution. Mailing-list distribution, co-branding, filtered Ledger File cuts, or any redistribution of the raw Ledger File requires a syndication licence: ask at [email protected].
Conditions on all sharing. No factual edits, no removal of sources or disclaimers, and if we notify you of a correction to material you have forwarded, you agree to forward that correction to the same recipients. We may withdraw defective material.
Payments. Personal memberships are billed annually. Card payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; firm access is billed by direct invoice. Australian GST is not charged; receipts are commercial receipts, not tax invoices. If a membership isn't working out, email [email protected] and we will sort it out, including a refund where that's the fair outcome.
Attribution. Source data licensed CC BY is attributed to ASIC/Commonwealth of Australia and other agencies as cited in each issue.
The publisher. The Open Register is published by Bravura Solutions LLC (United States). These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page.
