Keech Castings, Kawandah Clamps and Derwent Foundry resolve to Derwent Industries Pty Ltd. AVFI is another company and entered administration the same day, on the same notice. Mackay Australia shares the group's website and head office, but sits behind a third ACN and is not named in the appointments.
