Healthserv, which trades as Guardian Health Support Services, is named on a NSW Rural Fire Service cleaning agreement estimated at $4.7 million to 2031. A third company appointed the same administrators that day, and a trust has bid for council work under the Guardian Property Services name.
Pastro-Custom AG Pty Ltd, which trades as Pastro Ag, entered creditors' voluntary liquidation on 13 October. Its patents, designs and PASTRO AG trade marks are now matters for the liquidator.
